The application has a listing on the SmartRecruiters Marketplace. There is also a page on the RAMP.Global site about the integration.

Organisations often turn to agencies as they seek ways to efficiently hire new staff. Working with multiple agencies can be challenging. But working with a single agency often narrows the candidate field too much, especially when seeking employees for different roles.

SmartRecruiters provides an all-in-one hiring platform. While it provides integrations to job and career sites, its links to agencies are less well-developed. About a decade ago, it opened up its marketplace for recruitment agencies and has now taken a huge leap forward.

SmartRecruiters aims to enable “Hiring Without Boundaries”; this latest integration removes the barriers often separating firms from agencies. It will free up talent acquisition teams to focus on their real value rather than spend time managing agencies.

While details of what the integration delivers were unavailable, these should filter out over the next few hours or days. Certainly, for those organisations already using SmartRecruiters and multiple agencies, RAMP.Global is well worth a look. The integration also means that prospects with similar challenges might also consider the combination.

This is not the only Applicant Tracking System that RAMP.Global integrates with. It also has integrations with Avature, SoftwareOne, SAP SuccessFactors and iCIMS.
