Dayshape

Dayshape has published a case study on how MHA benefited from the resource management tool a year after the software was installed. Before Dayshape, MHA mainly relied on spreadsheets. It selected Dayshape to improve the quality of resource management within the organisation, choosing it over several solutions.

Leanne Wilkins, Head of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing at MHA, noted, “We did look at other large platforms within the resource management space, but these alternatives were not on par with what Dayshape had to offer.”

Once installed, the solution improved visibility and enabled the firm to better allocate resources. Wilkins added, “In one month, the central resource team filled 2,500 hours by assessing jobs that weren’t currently staffed, which is a huge number to find. Would we have been able to do that so effectively had we been without Dayshape and working from spreadsheets? I think that would be highly unlikely.”

The case study explains how MHA benefitted from better reporting, predictability and consistency of utilisation from the deployment.
