Genesys Cloud
Genesys reported results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2024. Over the quarter Genesys Cloud CX platform surpassed 1 million users and ended the period with nearly $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue. Genesys Cloud CX continued its strong gains with over 50% year-over-year revenue growth for the second quarter compared to the same period in the prior year.
- For the second quarter, Genesys reported high-20s Adjusted EBITDA margin
- In the first half of FY 2024, Genesys generated positive Free Cash Flow
- Genesys had a strong financial position at the end of the second quarter with a total liquidity of over $850 million, consisting of over $600 million of cash on hand and an unused revolving credit line of $250 million

SD Worx published its H1 results.
Key figures included:
- A consolidated turnover of €524.6 million, up 10.4% compared to H1 2022 (€475.3 million)
- EBITDA was €88.5 million, up 26.1% compared to H1 2022 (€70.2 million)
- Organic revenue rose 8.8%
- Organic revenue for Payroll and Reward rose 13.9%
- Workforce Management services and software rose 16.6% YoY
- Staffing & recruitment revenues fell 6.8%, but gross margin rose 2.4%

UKG gave a business update for Q3, fiscal 2023.
