CAI Software LLC has acquired Minotaur Software, a software vendor specialising in software for growing food manufacturers with as few as 6 users. Aptean announced the appointment of Miguel Gernaey as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Exact announced the appointment of Sophie Wildeboer as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and head of its marketing department. She will join the executive committee.
SAP appointed Walter Sun as the Global Head of Artificial Intelligence. He will join SAP on September 1 from his current role as Vice President of Copilot Applied Artificial Intelligence for business applications at Microsoft. SAP also announced the appointment of Gina Vargiu-Breuer (48) to the Executive Board of SAP as Chief People Officer and Labor Director, effective February 1, 2024. She will succeed Sabine Bendiek, who will leave the company by her request on December 31, 2023.
