Asana

Aurigo

Aurigo entered into a multiyear contract with Erie County, New York, to modernize the planning and execution of the agency’s Capital Improvement Program. Masterworks will help the County prioritize project investments and create long-range capital plans while providing estimates and forecasts throughout the program’s phases. The system will also manage all aspects of project delivery, including construction administration, financial management, and tracking program performance.

Avaza

Avaza has launched new Project Dashboard Widgets for project managers. The collection of widgets provides relevant insights for project managers using the Avaza solution. The initial widgets include:

  • Accumulated Project Time / Cost Widget
  • Project Uninvoiced Items Widget
  • Project Invoices Widget
  • Project Timesheets
  • Project Expenses

Avaza plans to add more widgets with Fixed Amounts and Bills on the roadmap.

Birdview PSA

Birdview PSA has released a one-way integration with QuickBooks. The integration, which can be set up from the Intuit Marketplace or Birdview company settings, enables data transfer from Birdview to QuickBooks. The initial release passes up to 100-time logs from Birdview to QuickBooks.

Once transferred, Birdview will update the time logs to “Billed” to indicate that the responsibility for invoicing them has been passed to QuickBooks. It does not mean that they are automatically invoiced. The integration is exclusively available for Birdview Team and Birdview Enterprise license users and Birdview Trial accounts.

ProjectManager

Project Manager announced Release 93 of its PPM solution. It includes integrations for Slack and Teams. A new integration marketplace also enables administrators to better manage their integrations.

  • Slack Integration: Enables users to manage their projects and tasks without leaving Slack. Create a project, add tasks, convert a message to a task and more.
  • Teams Integration: Enables users to create tasks, search their work, unfurl task information in a chat, and update task progress inline, all without leaving Teams.

Sciforma

Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft Nürnberg (VAG), municipal operator of Nuremberg, Germany’s subways, trams, and buses, has selected Sciforma for resource and capacity management, risk analysis, and roadmap visualization within the IT Department.

Markus Kreitschmann, Head of IT at VAG, said, “The VAG keeps Nuremberg and its surrounding regions on the move. To help us responsibly manage that task, we needed a central, transparent platform for managing our projects. Sciforma allows our IT staff to centrally plan and record projects and tasks for more effective resource utilization, stakeholder visibility, and scheduling.“
