ADP
ADP published its Q4 and fiscal 2023 results. The numbers revealed include the following:
- Revenues increased 9% to $18.0 billion for the year; 10% organic constant currency
- Employer Services new business bookings increased 10% for the year to $1.9 billion
- Net earnings increased 16% to $3.4 billion for the year, and adjusted net earnings increased 16% to $3.4 billion
- Adjusted EBIT increased 15% to $4.5 billion for the year, and adjusted EBIT margin increased 130 basis points to 24.8%
- Diluted earnings per share (“EPS”) increased 17% to $8.21 for the year; adjusted diluted EPS increased 17% to $8.23
- The fiscal 2024 consolidated outlook includes revenue growth of 6% to 7%, adjusted EBIT margin expansion of 60 to 80 basis points, and adjusted diluted EPS growth of 10% to 12%

Microsoft Corp announced Q4 results for the June 30, 2023 quarter today.
- Revenue was $56.2 billion and increased 8% (up 10% in constant currency)
- Operating income was $24.3 billion and increased 18% (up 21% in constant currency)
- Net income was $20.1 billion and increased 20% (up 23% in constant currency)
- Diluted earnings per share was $2.69 and increased 21% (up 23% in constant currency)
Full-year 2023 results were:
- Revenue was $211.9 billion and increased 7% (up 11% in constant currency)
- Operating income was $88.5 billion GAAP and increased 6%, and $89.7 billion non-GAAP and increased 8% (up 14% in constant currency)
- Net income was $72.4 billion GAAP and decreased slightly, and $73.3 billion non-GAAP and increased 6% (up 11% in constant currency)
- Diluted earnings per share were $9.68 GAAP and increased slightly, and $9.81 non-GAAP and increased 7% (up 12% in constant currency)
- GAAP results include the Q2 charge, a $1.2 billion negative impact to operating income

- ServiceNow exceeds guidance across all Q2 2023 topline growth and profitability metrics; raises 2023 subscription revenues and operating margin guidance
- Subscription revenues of $2,075 million in Q2 2023, representing 25% year‑over‑year growth, 25% adjusted for constant currency
- Total revenues of $2,150 million in Q2 2023, representing 23% year‑over‑year growth, 22.5% adjusted for constant currency
- Current remaining performance obligations of $7.20 billion as of Q2 2023, representing 25% year‑over‑year growth, 24% adjusted for constant currency
- 70 transactions over $1 million in net new ACV in Q2 2023, up 30% year‑over‑year
- ServiceNow ended Q2 with 45 customers with more than $20 million in ACV, representing a 55% year‑over‑year increase

Software AG
Software AG announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2023. Key figures included:
- Second-quarter Digital Business annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 10% year-on-year or 12% at constant currency to €527.5 million
- Adabas & Natural (A&N) ARR, driven by migrations, achieved year-on-year second-quarter growth of 7% or 11% at constant currency
- Group product revenue rose 12% year-on-year or 17% at constant currency in the second quarter. First-half Group product revenue increased by 7% or 9% at constant currency, in line with expectations
- Due to A&N, the operating margin (EBITA, non-IFRS) reached 21.9% in the second quarter. First-half operating margin (EBITA, non-IFRS) was 17%

Workwave announced its Q2 2023 results. Key figures included the following:
- 51% software bookings growth year over year
- A gross retention rate of 98%
- New customer growth of 54%
- About 40% total recurring revenue growth year-over-year
