Docebo announced the acquisition of Edugo.AI (“Edugo”), a Generative AI-based Learning Technology that uses advanced Large Language Models (LLM) and algorithms to optimize learning paths and adapt to individual learner needs.

Humanforce announced the completion of its acquisition of intelliHR, a fellow Australian-born HR tech SaaS company.

Adobe

Adobe reported financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2023 ended June 2, 2023.

  • Adobe achieved revenue of $4.82 billion in its second quarter of the fiscal year 2023, representing 10% year-over-year growth or 13% in constant currency. Diluted earnings per share were $2.82 on a GAAP basis and $3.91 on a non-GAAP basis.
  • GAAP operating income in the second quarter was $1.62 billion, and non-GAAP operating income was $2.18 billion. GAAP net income was $1.30 billion, and non-GAAP net income was $1.79 billion.
  • Cash flows from operations were $2.14 billion.
  • Remaining Performance Obligations (“RPO”) exiting the quarter were $15.22 billion.
  • Adobe repurchased approximately 2.7 million shares during the quarter.

Cognizer secured a new $315 million senior credit facility. The capital raised consists of a $250 million senior secured asset-based loan revolver from Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a $65 million term loan from TCW Private Credit Group.
