IFS has partnered with HOIST, already a strategic partner in the IFS Ecosystem, to develop and deliver a mid-market specialised service offering to help further drive customer satisfaction in the IFS ecosystem. FLEXPLUS is a flexible lifecycle support program offered to IFS mid-size customers worldwide, particularly tailored toward customers that require high touch, low volume engagement with IFS experts.

MaxGrip, a specialist in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), has joined the IFS Global Partner Network. MaxGrip is headquartered in the Netherlands, with main offices in the USA and Malaysia.
The Sage Foundation announced a new partnership with CARE International UK, a global humanitarian organization delivering emergency relief and long-term development projects worldwide. The Foundation will provide $224,000 to support global relief efforts for natural disasters and humanitarian crises as part of its commitment to support communities in need. The partnership will initially run for a year, with the potential to be extended further.
The Zumzum Foundation is donating its time and services to Broadstones School, a special nurturing school based in Stockport, UK. With the help of the Zumzum Foundation, Broadstones School Ltd saved £30,000 by avoiding the hassle of spending money on expensive systems and hiring new staff.

Infor has partnered with TipQwik to offer hoteliers the ability to provide guests with more flexible tipping options. Through this advanced integration, Infor Hospitality Management System (HMS) customers can instantly offer guests the ability to securely and efficiently give gratuities to select staff departments. Hotel guests access the gratuity function via the HMS Mobile Guest Experience, providing a quick and convenient way to manage gratuities. Gratuities can be posted and processed via a credit card on file or posted directly to a guest’s hotel account for seamless integration into the Infor HMS property management system.

Simpro unveiled its latest updates, Simpro IOT 3.7 and Simtrac 5.2. Simpro IoT included a new look and feel and several UX improvements. Simtrac has similar branding updates and a couple of other fixes.
Xero unveiled several updates to its products. Within Xero business, it is easier to identify bills that are yet to be assigned to a project. There are updates to Xero HQ and Practice Manager. For the UK, disallowable expenses will no longer cause an SA103F to be created. Hubdoc’s bank statement extraction feature now supports statements from U.S. Bank.
