ServiceNow made several appointments in EMEA. EMEA president Ulrik Nehammer is promoted to chairman, international. The current vice president of EMEA South, Cathy Mauzaize, has been promoted to president of EMEA. Fabio Spoletini has joined ServiceNow as vice president of EMEA South. ServiceNow also announced the appointment of Netflix Vice President of Engineering Deborah Black to its board of directors.

Sisense promoted Ariel Katz to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Kristina Agassi to Chief Operating Officer (COO), leading internal operations, finance and legal. ADP  announced its third quarter fiscal 2023 financial results and a revised fiscal 2023 outlook.

  • Revenues increased 9% compared to last year’s third quarter to $4.9 billion; 10% organic constant currency
  • Net earnings increased 12% to $1.0 billion, and adjusted net earnings increased 13% to $1.0 billion
  • Adjusted EBIT increased 14% to $1.4 billion, and adjusted EBIT margin increased 110 basis points to 27.8%
  • Diluted earnings per share (“EPS”) increased 14% to $2.51; adjusted diluted EPS increased 14% to $2.52
  • Raising full-year guidance for adjusted diluted EPS growth

Alteryx

Alteryx published its Q1 2023 results.

  • Revenue: Revenue for the first quarter of 2023 was $199.1 million, up 26% year over year
  • Gross Profit: GAAP gross profit for the first quarter of 2023 was $168.6 million, or a GAAP gross margin of 85
  • Loss from Operations: GAAP loss from operations for the first quarter of 2023 was $(88.2) million, compared to GAAP loss from operations of $(99.7) million for the first quarter of 2022.
  • Net Loss: GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders for the first quarter of 2023 was $(89.0) million, compared to GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders of $(105.6) million for the first quarter of 2022.

ServiceNow reports its Q1 2023 financial results. It exceeded guidance in the quarter and raised subscription revenue guidance. Key figures included:

  • Subscription revenues of $2,024 million in Q1 2023, representing 24% year‑over‑year growth, 27% adjusted for constant currency
  • Total revenues of $2,096 million in Q1 2023, representing 22% year‑over‑year growth, 24.5% adjusted for constant currency
  • Current remaining performance obligations (“cRPO”) of $7.01 billion as of Q1 2023, representing 23% year‑over‑year growth, 25% adjusted for constant currency
  • 66 transactions over $1 million in net new ACV in Q1 2023, up 27% year over year

Software AG announced financial results for the first quarter of 2023.

  • Total revenue rose 2% to €210.6 million in total revenue in the first quarter (Q1 2022: €206.0 million
  • Group product revenue growth rose 2% to €169.8 million (Q1 2022: €166.9) million
