Mitratech announced the expansion of its Human Resources solutions portfolio by acquiring two technology companies. It acquired Circa, a market-leading Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) software provider. The second acquisition was Trakstar, a best-in-class talent acquisition, development, and performance management solution.

Appointments

Alan Jope has been appointed to Accenture’s Board of Directors, effective April 14th 2023. Mr Jope, 59, is the chief executive officer of Unilever (LSE: ULVR).

Infosys

Infosys announced revenues of $18.212 for its full year ending March 31st 2023, up from $16.311 billion in 2022. Gross profits rose to $5.503 billion.

Salil Parekh said, “For the full year financial year 2023, we had a good performance with growth of 15.4% in constant currency. Our digital business grew 25.6%, now being 62.9% of our overall revenue, and our core services grew as well at 1.9%. We saw broad-based growth across our business segments, with most in double digits.

“We had 26% growth in Europe and 12% in the U.S., 95 large deals with a value of $9.8 billion for the year, with 40% net new. Our operating margin for the full year was at 21%. We generated a free cash flow of $2.5 billion in the year. Our attrition has continued to decline in each quarter through the year.” (Source Seeking Alpha)

Parekh gave guidance for Financial Year 24 as the growth of between four and seven per cent.

o9 reported that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) added in Q1 2023 grew by 51% year-over-year. OneStream

OneStream announced its Annual Recurring Revenue increased 45% year-over-year in the first quarter ending March 31, 2023. The company grew its customer base by 25% year-over-year, with nearly 1,200 customers globally. New customers signed in Q1 2023 include AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc.; Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc.; Phillips 66; Pomerleau; RaceTrac; Target Australia; Vander-Bend Manufacturing; and Voestalpine. Additionally, OneStream grew its global headcount to nearly 1,300 over the quarter.
