Hansaworld released version 2023-03-16 of its ERP. They are scaling improvements to the platform and feature improvements for Hotel Management, CRM, Training, and HRM. Localisation improvements were delivered for Australia, Finland, LATAM, New Zealand, Sweden, and UAE.

Microsoft launched 2023 release wave 1 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. The update includes Copilot for Dynamics 365 and Copilot for Microsoft Power Platform. It brings the power of next-generation AI capabilities and natural language processing to business processes.

Oracle NetSuite announced new updates to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. NetSuite Analytics Warehouse enables businesses in ANZ to simplify data management and accelerate time to insights. Oracle NetSuite announced a series of new solutions to help businesses in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) acquire and retain customers. They included SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce, MyAccount, NetSuite CPQ and NetSuite Connector. Oracle NetSuite also announced new updates to NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. The latest updates to NetSuite Planning and Budgeting help businesses in ANZ make data-informed decisions by providing the flexibility to adjust budgets and forecasts. Oracle NetSuite also confirmed several other updates for the ANZ market.

QAD announced the latest enhancements to QAD Adaptive ERP and other QAD Adaptive Applications. simPRO version 23.2.1 contains several new features, including automatic Rexel catalogue syncing for UK customers. Maintenance certificates have greater flexibility for customers outside Australia. It is now possible to import payments to multiple companies simultaneously. There is also a UX/UI rebranding and several other improvements.

SoftOne has announced that SHOPRANOS is Greece’s first B2B eCommerce platform to incorporate AI functionality.
