N-able

N-able reported results for its fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2022. Total revenue in Q4 rose 7% YoY to $95.8 million. For the full year, total revenue was $371.8 million (up 7% YoY).

NICE

NICE reported Q4 and full-year revenues. Q4 revenue was $568.6 million, up 10%. Cloud revenue was $358.9 million, up 26%. Total revenue for the full year was $2,181.3 million, up 14%. Cloud revenue for the full year was $1,295.3 million, up 27%.

Barak Eilam, CEO of NICE, commented, “2022 was another landmark year for NICE capped off by strong fourth quarter results as we exceeded the high end of our guidance range with full-year total revenue growth of 14% at constant currency, as well as full-year earnings per share growth of 17%.

UKG

UKG announced financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2023, ending December 31, 2022. Revenue was more than $1 billion in Q1, the first time it has attained that number. Revenue grew 15%, with subscription revenue growing 20% YoY.

Chris Todd, CEO at UKG, said, “Crossing $1 billion in revenue in a single quarter is a major milestone in UKG history and further proof of customer confidence in our company, our solutions, and our people. Customer migrations to our modern cloud solutions more than doubled compared with last year, and we saw an all-time high of new customers selecting full-suite HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions.

Upland Software

Upland Software reports Q4 results. Total revenue was $78.8 million, an increase of 4% from $75.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. Jack McDonald, Upland’s chairman and chief executive officer, said, “In Q4, we beat our revenue guidance midpoint, even after FX headwinds. We are also announcing today our new growth plan.

“Developed over the past six months, our plan sharpens product focus and is centered around an efficient digital marketing and inside sales capability and an expanded cost-effective offshore development platform.

“We believe that the meaningful investments we are making now as part of this comprehensive plan will enable us to drive higher core organic growth and higher AEBITDA margins and enhance shareholder value over time. We will be discussing our growth plan in further detail on our Q4 earnings call.”

Funding

Prismatic has raised $9 million in a Series A round led by Five Elms Capital. The funding will support further investment in Prismatic’s platform, which helps B2B SaaS companies more efficiently deliver native product integrations to the other apps their customers use.

Alation Inc announced Alation Marketplaces, a new product for third-party datasets to augment existing data in Alation Data Catalog for richer analysis. Additionally, the company expanded Alation Anywhere to Microsoft Teams and Alation Connected Sheets to Microsoft Excel to help data users access contextual information from the catalogue directly within their tool of choice.

Corcentric announced the availability of its transformative Intelligent Applications solution. The applications are powered by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform designed to extend across Corcentric’s products, enabling finance and procurement leaders to automate and simplify critical business processes.

Einblick unveiled the latest version of Python Canvas. It integrates the intuitive UI of canvas tools like Figma and Miro with the power and flexibility of traditional Python notebooks.

GoodData announced the release of updates to customise the end-user experience to fully support customers in the global deployment of analytics. It includes custom themes, display language localisation and time zone support.
