The Access Group has announced the acquisition of ClassForKids, an award-winning booking and management software designed for kids’ activity clubs. ClassForKids will join the Access Non-Profit and Education division, which delivers software to over 11,000 customers.
PDI Technologies has acquired Blue Cow Software, LLC, a fuel oil and propane management software business. With this acquisition, Blue Cow Software will divest from Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY), a leading provider of vertically integrated payment solutions.

Intuit held its first ever ‘Small Business Big Impact Day’ on February 15, dedicated to uniting employees to strengthen and give back to local communities.
