Visma announced the acquisition of Moloni, a cloud software solutions provider for invoicing and point of sale (POS), to more than 30,000 customers in Portugal and Spain. Visma published its Q4 results reporting revenue of EUR 558 million, an 18% increase year over year. Full-year revenues were 2,056 million euros, up 19% year over year. Commercient announced updates to its SYNC application for integrating Epicor 10 and HubSpot software.

Hansaworld unveiled version 2022-12-30. The release includes Windows OS, Calendar, and new banking integrations for Danske Bank Business UK, HSBC UK Business, Lloyds (Business) and Natwest Bankline. There are also several localisation improvements.

Microsoft revealed the 2023 release wave 1 plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

NetSuite unveiled NetSuite 2023 Release 1. It includes updates to SuitePeople Workforce management, NetSuite AP Automation, new NetSuite Ship Central packing and shipping capabilities, and updates to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

Oracle announced that Engineering and construction organizations continue to turn to Oracle Primavera Cloud. Since 2017, Oracle has seen a 132% year-over-year average growth rate in customers using the solution to connect office and field teams, synchronize schedules and resources, and improve project outcomes.

Oracle announced new logistics capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM). The updates to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), part of Oracle Cloud SCM, help customers reduce costs, improve accuracy, automate regulatory compliance, and enhance logistics flexibility.

simPRO release 23.1.2 was released with several minor improvements, including support for Airefrig automatic catalogue and supplier invoice syncing (AU only) and SFG20 Integration (UK only). There are UI improvements and improvements to mobile security settings, as well as several bug fixes.
