SAP announced a solid set of results and revealed that it might sell Qualtrics and reduce staff by 2.5%. Visma announced the acquisition of Moloni, a cloud software solutions provider for invoicing and point of sale (POS), to more than 30,000 customers in Portugal and Spain. Visma also announced the acquisition of Xubio, a modern cloud ERP solution vendor for the SME segment headquartered in Argentina.

Visma published its Q4 results reporting revenue of EUR 558 million, an 18% increase year over year. Full-year revenues were 2,056 million euros, up 19% year over year.
