FinancialForce

FinancialForce published a case study that looks at how Solidaridad, an international civil society organization, has consolidated its systems, data and processes on Salesforce and FinancialForce. Solidaridad employs over 1,000 people in 44 different countries across the globe. To consolidate the 30 accounting systems it had in place, it chose to deploy Salesforce, FinancialForce ERP and FinancialForce PSA to manage its accounting and project requirements. It partnered with Cloudteam.

Now deployed, the solution has unified all project and financial data into a single centralised location. Project managers can track projects in real-time at a global level. It has enabled timely reporting on projects. Information availability may also have reduced the costs and time needed to travel. Erna Wegman, Head of Finance, Solidaridad, commented, “With all our data unified on FinancialForce and Salesforce, we are able to streamline our processes and steer the organization based on real-time data.”
