SD Worx has acquired Intelligo, an Ireland-based HR and payroll software supplier and outsourcing services. The acquisition will further expand its presence in the Irish market and strengthen its payroll and HR software portfolio.
Visier announced that it had acquired the assets of Boostrs, a powerful API-first skills mapping engine. ADP announced that its board of directors had appointed Maria Black to succeed Carlos Rodriguez as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2023. Ms Black is currently ADP’s President.

NTT Ltd announced the opening of its latest data centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. However, it opened its doors back in April.
Clarification from NTT: “It was originally announced that the data centre would open in April this year, but the opening was delayed due to supply chain shortages and delays, as well as the rigorous testing phase, which has impacted the completed build of the Johannesburg data centre and resulted in it only opening in October.”

Anglian Water is leading the way in using data and low code to move towards its net-zero goals. The largest water and water recycling company in England and Wales by geographic area has achieved more than 63% capital carbon reduction. It is on target to achieve net-zero operational carbon emissions by 2030. Financial Reports
ADP announced its Q1 fiscal 2023 results and has revised its outlook. Revenues increased 10% to $4.2 billion YoY and 11% on an organic constant currency basis. Carlos Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer, ADP, commented, “We started fiscal 2023 strong, with double-digit growth in revenues and earnings while reaching a major milestone in our corporate history as we exceeded the one million client mark during the quarter. We are confident that our proven and resilient business model will allow us to continue innovating and building on our leadership position in the HCM industry, even if global macroeconomic trends weaken.”
Konsolidator announced its Q3 results. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) amounted to DKK 16.6 million (up 38% YoY). Konsolidator is seeking DKK 5-10 million to finance the operations for 2023 and beyond and to restore the negative equity, which totals DKK 5.7 million. Claus Finderup Grove, CEO, commented, “Q3 2022 was impacted by international uncertainties. Customers are more thoughtful, and the sales cycle is longer. Our pipeline remains strong, and with all sales resources now concentrated in Copenhagen, I strongly believe that we are prepared for troubled water ahead.”
Planful announced that the company’s accelerated growth trend continued in the third quarter of 2022. It marked another period of records across the board. It included a 70% year-over-year increase in customer expansion bookings and a record number of new customers. Grant Halloran, Planful Chief Executive Officer, said, “CFOs, and business leaders across the whole C-suite, acutely recognize that planning and agile, data-driven course-correcting are essential to survive and thrive in this economy. Modernizing systems, to drive better financial performance, is seen today as a must-do priority and this is fueling increasing demand for our solutions. Qualtrics announced its Q3 2022 results. Q3 2022 total revenue of $377.5 million , up 39% year over year and Q3 2022 subscription revenue of $314.8 million, up 43% year over year. Zig Serafin, Qualtrics CEO, said, “Q3 was another strong quarter for Qualtrics with 39% revenue growth and continued operating margin improvement. Our results demonstrate the durability of our business model, and the critical role Qualtrics plays for our customers, as well as the discipline our team is bringing to this moment.”
ServiceNow published its Q3 2022 results. It had total revenues of $1,831 million (up22% YoY), and subscription revenues were $1,742 million , up 22% YoY. Bill McDermott, ServiceNow Chairman and CEO, commented, “Once again, ServiceNow beat both our top and bottom‑line goals. Businesses are leaning into the generational shift from architectures built in the last century to platforms engineered for this one. Syniti reported its Q3 2022. It had 50% bookings growth quarter on quarter, 37% ARR growth, and several key customer wins. Zendesk announced Q3 2022 results. Revenue increased 20% YoY to $416.9 million. GAAP net loss for the quarter was $59.1 million, including costs for the pending acquisition by Hellman & Friedman Advisors LLC and Permira Advisers LLC.
