Accenture is to acquire Inspirage LLC from RLH Equity Partners. Inspirage provides enterprise clients with transformative implementation solutions for Oracle’s cloud-based supply chain management software and related components of the enterprise resource planning ecosystem.
Caseware has acquired Audicon GmbH (along with Audicon Technologies GmbH and Audicon S.R.L, collectively “Audicon”), a leading provider of software solutions and services related to audit, risk and compliance with offices in Germany and Romania.
Zendesk, Inc announced that its stockholders voted to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “merger agreement”) whereby Zendesk will be acquired by a consortium led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira (the “Consortium”) for $77.50 per share in cash.

Boomi announced the appointment of former CEO of Ford Motor Company, Mark Fields as an independent, non-executive member of its Board of Directors.
DocuSign announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has hired Allan Thygesen as Chief Executive Officer. Thygesen will assume the strategic leadership of the company and a role on DocuSign’s Board of Directors, effective October 10th.
