Exact has agreed to acquire weclapp, a leading provider of cloud ERP software in the DACH region, from 3U Holding, a German holding company. weclapp management will remain invested and will drive the business in the future.
Visma has signed an agreement to acquire Paris-based Inqom. Inqom offers software that automates accounting processes through artificial intelligence and employs a team of nearly 100 professionals.

FreshBooks has appointed Wayne Jackson as its new Chief Financial Officer.

The University of Salford announced a partnership with IRIS Software Group.
