Pick of the week

Salesforce has continued to champion DEI initiatives in enterprise businesses. It has already met two of its 2019 goals: doubling US representation of Black leaders (VP and above) and increasing the proportion of underrepresented groups to more than half of our US population. It has now announced a new goal aiming to reach 40% women-identifying and non-binary employees globally by the end of 2026.

The announcement came as it re-affirmed its other initiatives:

  • Gender inclusive benefits
  • Salesforce Parent and Families is its newest and 13th equality group

The announcement was made by Lori Castillo Martinez, Chief Equality Officer and once again shows that Salesforce is willing to announce what it is doing and has achieved for DEI. Will it succeed, and will others follow its example?

insightsoftware acquired Dundas Data Visualization, Inc, a Toronto-based business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data visualization platform.

Mitratech has acquired the high-volume, hourly employee-focused applicant tracking and onboarding platform, TalentReef.

Appointments

CData Software has appointed Josh Waldo as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Digital Workforce has appointed Anna Andrae as the new country manager for Sweden.

TigerGraph established its Japanese subsidiary, TigerGraph K.K., and appointed Eisuke Saito as Vice President, Country Manager for Japan.

Jenzabar celebrated that 16 institutions selected their solutions during Q2 2022. They included American College of the Mediterranean, Baptist Health College Little Rock, East Central Community College, Jewish Theological Seminary, Merrimack College, and Oakwood University.

Action1 Corporation issued a business update for H1 2022, ending June 30th, with 342% sales growth.

Billtrust revealed Q2 2022 results with 35.4% year-over-year software and payments segment revenue growth and record bookings. Total revenue increased 22.5% year-over-year to $49.3 million.

Konsolidator announced 45% ARR growth in its H1 2022 results. The company is also seeking to raise DKK 20-25m in further equity capital to restore the negative equity and secure financing for the current 2022-24 strategy.

Qualtrics launched EX25 for Healthcare, a new methodology that provides hospitals and clinics with key questions to ask their employees to understand what matters most to their people and take action on what they hear.
