The Access Group has acquired DutySheet Ltd, trading as Assemble and DutySheet. DutySheet is a leading cloud-based volunteer management software provider to hundreds of charities and public sector organisations.
Visma has acquired Teamleader, a leading international SaaS scale-up offering work management software for small and medium enterprises from investors Fortino Capital, Keen Venture Partners and PMV. Teamleader is founded in Belgium and is active in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.

Rambase has expanded its team in the UK with recent hires that include Tony Flannagan as Business Development Manager, Nick Jackson and Tim Cowley as Sales Managers. MYOB announced its eighth MYOB Digital Challenge. It is open to tech-savvy university students across Australia and New Zealand. Teams of 2-4 students develop prototypes of an idea, and registrations are open until 6th July.
