ClickUp acquired Slapdash, the leader in unified search, which empowers anyone to find what they need across their favourite SaaS solutions from one central location.

Visma has made its third acquisition in Spain with Woffu, a cloud-based time optimisation software vendor in the Spanish market.

Oracle opened the doors to its new 30,000square-foot Oracle Industry Lab just outside of Chicago, Illinois. It will open further innovation labs in the UK and Australia later this year.

Customer

PatientPoint, a leading patient engagement platform, is digitizing and automating its contract processes with Conga’s unified, end-to-end solution. It empowers the company to save time, money, and resources and allows greater productivity among its sales teams.

AgoNow a pure industrial wholesaler and channel solutions provider, has implemented Esker’s Order Management solution. It hopes to reduce manual process errors, increase efficiency and reinvest saved time into premium customer service.

Southwest Airlines has deployed IFS as its enterprise maintenance management standard to optimise operational performance by safeguarding aircraft reliability and availability. IFS is now live across the airline’s total fleet of almost 730 aircraft, including the Boeing 737-700, 737-800 and 737 MAX 8.

Jernia has decided to work with Infor and its partner Columbus Norway to replace an old enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with Infor Cloudsuite Distribution Enterprise, a standardised industry solution for retail trade. Leading American food manufacturer Frontier Co-op has implemented Infor Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) to manage business process risk.

The University of Tennessee (UT) System has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to unite its system-wide finance and HR operations on a single, cloud-based platform.

Oracle NetSuite published a blog explaining how Architectural Overflow switched from Quickbooks to NetSuite and the benefits of doing so. Zenni Optical, a leading online eyewear retailer, is now using Oracle NetSuite to support its mission to deliver stylish and affordable prescription eyewear for everyone.

SK Networks has made Rimini Street its Oracle maintenance partner. Rimini Street will provide third party maintenance services for SK Network’s Oracle DBMS.

Financial Reports

ServiceNow published Q1 2022 results. Total revenues were $1,722 million in Q1 2022, representing 27% year‑over‑year growth. It concluded 52 transactions over $1 million in net new annual contract value in Q1 2022.

Unanet delivered a business momentum update for Q1 2022 without many numbers. It listed six new customers and revealed that more than a third of wins replaced competitive solutions.

Product

Intuit announced Spreadsheet Sync for QuickBooks Online Advanced (Advanced), enabling two-way syncing with Excel. Spreadsheet Sync expands Advanced’s capabilities for mid-sized businesses around reporting and analysis.

Sage has added a feature that enables users to import journals into Sage Accounting from a spreadsheet.

ServiceMax released new features for Asset 360 for Salesforce AppExchange. The new release offers features that take the product beyond traditional field service personas, empowering strategic stakeholders like chief revenue officers and chief operating officers and operational and commercial stakeholders in the supply chain, sales, and marketing.

Xero announced a new pricing tier for its solution. The ultimate plan will roll out over the next few months across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The Ultimate plan includes all of Xero’s core accounting features plus tools for more complex businesses, such as advanced analytics, employee management and multi-currency.
