GetBusy has taken a step closer to NetSuite, announcing that its SuiteApp has achieved “Built for NetSuite” status. GetBusy is a Document management solution that includes eSignature capabilities. It is a Hybrid SuiteApp rather than one fully embedded on the NetSuite platform. GetBusy is also a NetSuite customer, uses its software, and one can probably expect the functionality and integration to improve over time.
The integration enables customers to drag and drop files stored within GetBusy and attach them to the NetSuite relationship record. It isn’t clear whether GetBusy has built additional workflows into NetSuite to enhance the document flow further, but it may do this in time. It is already possible to set up tracking and automatic reminders for actions that users need to undertake. GetBusy is GDPR compliant and is ISO 27001 certified. The solution is widely used in professional services already.

Enterprise Times: What does this mean
GetBusy is not the only SuiteApp that supports Document management for NetSuite; Box and Full Clarity also have solutions. There are also eSignature solutions such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign. However, GetBusy offers a mature and innovative solution that combines both.
