CrossConcept was founded in 2010 and launched its Continuum PSA solution in 2017. It now has about 13 employees, according to LinkedIn. It has quickly found a core of customers for its solution including Hitachi, Trillium Software, Acuity Cloud Solutions and Experian. Michiko Nielsen, operations manager Global Solution Services, Hitachi Data Systems, commented: “CrossConcept’s PSA resources provided Hitachi Data Systems with business consultation to help us quickly achieve our objectives. Their deep knowledge of PSA and open and collaborative approach were vital to helping our professional services organization develop complex logic and supporting reports to increase productivity and run our business more efficiently.”

CrossConcept Continuum PSA

The Continuum PSA solution targets Accounting, Architects, Legal, Professional Services and Marketing firms. It consists of a range of functionality one would expect in a PSA solution, including:

  • Time and Expenses
  • Resource management
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Project Management and Collaboration
  • Reporting
  • CRM

Integrations include QuickBooks, though Continuum PSA  is not listed on the QuickBooks Appstore. Continuum hopes to follow up on the interest it has received in its product from across Europe. To do so, it will need to recruit either some partners or more staff in the region though. It will also face competition and will need to add more local customer advocates quickly.  In the three years since it launched it has received several five-star reviews across different review sites such as Software Advice, Capterra, G2 & Get App. However, with a total of only 14 reviews to date, it has a long way to go before it reaches the customer numbers of a rival such as BigTime, which has 471 reviews on Capterra alone.

For companies that want to try out its software, it is currently offering a 14-day trial. The software is priced in three categories of pricing:

  • Base (USD 15 pp pm)
  • Professional (USD 25 pp pm)
  • Enterprise (USD 35 pp pm)

Enterprise Times: What does this mean

CrossConcept marks its tenth anniversary. It original implemented PSA solutions such as Changepoint. This announcement sees an expansion of its sales and marketing footprint. CrossConcept is also promising to deliver more on the product side as well. Perdigao added: “We have many new features and integrations on our 2020 road-map which we are building based on our client’s feedback that will excite the industry – stay tuned!”
