Cornerstone is to acquire SABA. The deal will see the company acquire the learning management platform for $1.395 billion in cash and shares from Vector Capital. Upland continued its growth trajectory after announcing Q4 and full year results this week. It posted $66.1 million revenue for Q4, an increase of 46%. Full year revenues were up 49% to $222.6 million. Xero has published the Boss Insights 2020 report. It analyses the Australian Bureau of Statistics data from 1991 to 2019 around small business in Australia. It shows Australia has increased professional services firms, but agricultural and retail business have declined in number. It also reveals that nearly two thirds of new business in the last decade were founded by women.
