Ramco has announced that RAKBANK has upgraded its HR and Payroll solution to the latest version of Ramco. This means that RAKBANK has re-invested in its Ramco solution, first implemented in 2004. The bank has 4,240 employees as at 31 December with 38 branches across UAE. It uses Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Leave, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
With the new version it can take advantage of the Ramco mobile and chatbot solutions to further automate and extend the efficiency of the solution across the organisation. It has a strong customer base in the Middle East, Asia and a growing presence in Australia. Both Everest and Gartner have recognised Ramco as a significant player. This announcement re-affirms its strength in the Middle East. However, to date it has failed to penetrate Europe and North America for its payroll and HR solution, despite its innovation within its technology.
